Dr. Tager is CEO of ChangeWell Inc., a San Diego-based company that trains healthcare clinicians, as well as sales and marketing people, to improve their presentation, persuasion, and promotion skills. He has worked with key influencers in many of the top injectable, cosmeceutical, and aesthetic device companies. Dr. Tager has served as the founding Vice President of Marketing for Reliant Technologies, where he launched the Fraxel® laser and introduced the science of fractional photothermolysis to physicians around the world. He was Chief Marketing Officer for Syneron. He created the online curriculum for The Aesthetic Practice Association in support of the Certified Aesthetic Consultant degree, as well as the online aesthetic courses for the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. In addition to his latest book, Cash-Pay Healthcare: How to Start, Grow & Perfect Your Practice (with Stewart Gandolf, MBA), Dr. Tager is the author of nine other books on health promotion, aesthetics, leadership, stress and change management. He coauthored Enhance Your Presence: The Path to Personal Power, Professional Influence and Business Results with Robert John Hughes Along with Stephen Mulholland, MD, he co-authored The Art of Aesthetic Practice. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Duke University and trained in Family Practice at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center.
